Brad Clark
President & CEO 

Brad presides over PSC Operations and Sales with over 25 years of maintenance service experience with global energy companies.  Brad's primary role as CEO is to oversee the safety culture of the company's 2,300 dedicated employees.  He has been with PSC for 10 years.  

Prior to PSC, Brad spent nine years with KBC Advanced Technologies, a consulting engineering company, where he was President for the Americas, Japan, Korea and Singapore markets. While at KBC, he started the Reliability and Maintenance Consulting Services business line, helping refiners, petrochemical producers and power generation companies develop more efficient practices in plant maintenance and contractor selection.

He started his career with Fluor Daniel Environmental Services in Northern California and earned a B.S. in Economics from Texas A & M University.

Jeff Nyberg
SVP Core Services

Jeff has been with the PSC family for over 30 years and became Senior Vice President in 2013 managing the Core Services group.  As his career progressed through PSC, Jeff has served in every major operational management position in the company. 

Jeff oversees the Loss Prevention System (LPS) Core Team, the Mechanical Integrity Team and the Craft Certification Team.  Because of his extensive experience with equipment operations, Jeff is also responsible for the capital budget, fleet allocation and asset utilization across PSC.

Joe Davis
SVP of Business Development

After joining PSC in 2006 as a national account manager, Joe became Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2012. Joe developed the PSC-Client Stewardship Model and managed the program nation-wide. He also served in a leadership and technical role on the LPS, Mechanical Integrity and Craft Certification Teams. In July 2016, Joe was promoted to Sr VP Business Development, a role in which Joe will lead PSC’s efforts to grow through acquisitions.

Joe was formally with KBC Advanced Technologies where he provided energy optimization consulting services to refineries worldwide.  Joe began his career as an engineer with Exxon Company USA’s Baytown Refinery where he served in various technical and supervisory roles for ten years, the last of which was Refinery Energy Manager. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1990.

Greg McCoun
SVP Sales & Marketing 

Greg joined PSC in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales and brings over 20 years of experience in the refining, petrochemical, and chemical industrial markets. Greg is responsible for intelligent and sustainable growth at PSC and advocates a value-based approach of aligning PSC solutions with customer needs.

Greg was formerly with The Brock Group serving most recently as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Greg also led operations for Brock's Gulf Coast group turning a flat-lining business into a profitable model of success within a year of assuming the role.

Greg graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to joining The Brock Group, Greg was with General Electric serving in roles of increasing responsibility in both operations and sales.

Rick Pitman
VP Environmental, Health, Safety & Transportation (EHS&T)

Rick began his career as a waterblast technician in 1995 and joined PSC in 2007. Prior to becoming VP, Rick served as Health and Safety Director for the Industrial Services Division. 

Over his career Rick has been an advocate for improving the tooling and processes for Hydroblast and Vacuum service lines.  He has spoken at International and National safety forums such as WJTA, AFPM, NAHAD, and continues to be a leading voice to encourage automation and stronger mechanical integrity programs.  He has been a primary contributor to two industry white papers and is the inventor of a patent-pending water blasting equipment safety system.  He is currently a member of the Hose Safety Institute. 

Rick is a Certified Safety Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a B.A. degree in History from Texas Tech University.

Mechanical Integrity

PSC assembled a team of engineers and subject matter experts to perform a HAZOP-type analysis of our liquid vacuum and hydroblasting systems with goals of gaining a fundamental understanding of how our equipment works and how it can fail, to implement "best in class" equipment design and operating procedures, and to standardize equipment, training and procedures.
