RhinoScope™ – Borescope Inspection System

Plant maintenance and inspection groups depended on external visual methods to evaluate cleaning results.  Over cleaning or under cleaning of process heat exchangers can increase cleaning related costs by up to 25%. 

PSC offers the RhinoScope™ borescope inspection system as a way to evaluate the cleaning results. At the start of each job, the system captures video to establish the client’s cleaning expectations.  PSC then selects the best cleaning method to achieve the desired cleaning results.  Finally, the RhinoScope borescope validates the cleaning results at the conclusion of the cleaning.  By setting the cleaning expectations at the start of the operation, PSC can meet the client’s cleaning expectations every time.......the first time.

Post cleaning pictures can be emailed to the client for future reference.   If the cleaning occurs periodically, PSC will save the images to the job procedure for the next time the process equipment is cleaned.
