Excavation, Transportation and Disposal
PSC has performed thousands of excavation, transportation and disposal projects throughout the U.S., ranging in scope from surgical excavation and removal of mercury contamination at remote manometer locations to the biotreatment of hundreds of thousands of cubic yards of soil at a former oilfield. While on-site treatment of contaminated soils is the preferred and most progressive approach, real estate transactions, regulatory orders or site logistics often dictate thorough cleanup of sites within a short timeframe.
Some soil excavation projects require vapor control measures which can include the application of vapor control foam, water, hydromulch, or poly sheeting. These projects can be performed with our personnel in Level B (supplied air) protection.
