Liquid Vacuuming Services
Liquid vacuum trucks efficiently and cost-effectively remove and transport liquid and semi-solid waste materials from surface impoundments, tanks, and other vessels. PSC maintains a fleet of these trucks, located in facilities across the continent, for hauling or transferring liquids and sludges and for facilitating the clean up of hazardous and non-hazardous spills. PSC handles a range of liquids and semi-solids, including both flammable and corrosive materials. Typically, these materials include oil skimmings, sludges, wastewater, leachate, drilling mud, spent coolants, and spills.


Air Moving Services
PSC offers air moving services for collecting solid industrial wastes and salvageable materials from hazardous or difficult-to-reach areas. Our equipment is capable of handling a wide range of materials, wet or dry, hazardous or non-hazardous, with a consistency ranging from fine powder to chunks of concrete. Substances we typically handle include: ash, lime, grains, oil, ore dust, drilling mud, woodchips, and construction debris. An added benefit of PSC’s equipment is vessel-to-vessel transfer capabilities, allowing for enhanced recovery of reusable materials instead of treating the material as waste and adding to costly disposal fees.


Sewer and Line Cleaning (Jet Rodding)
Jet rodding provides an effective means to safely clear obstructions from underground pipes, process lines, and sewer systems and restores the lines to original flow capacity. A combination of high-pressure water dislodges debris and a high-velocity vacuum removes the backflushed material. The service is effective on a variety of materials, including coke dust, mill scale, wood chips, coal, rock, sand, and other debris, and can be performed without confined space entry of the system.
