The Health and Safety organization supports PSC in becoming a world class leader in its industry through process design, new technologies, sharing of lessons learned, and providing professional leadership in the areas of health, safety, transportation and training. To do this, we establish standards of performance, effectively communicate these standards to all of our employees, provide proper training and education to employees so that these standards can be realized, evaluate our performance on a regular basis, acknowledge success when it is achieved, and make changes or improvements when needed.
