Mary Ellen Coombe
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Mary Ellen Coombe, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, joined PSC in February 2006. She currently is responsible for Human Resources activities including payroll, benefits, compensation, staffing and HRIS and other employee related programs. In addition she is responsible for the Corporate Headquarters facility management, administration and communications.

Prior to joining PSC, Mary Ellen was Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for Link Energy, a crude oil marketing and transportation company with over 6,000 miles of interstate pipelines and a fleet of over 400 tractor/trailers. In this role she was responsible for the full range of Human Resource activities, Facility Management, Shareholder Relations, Communications, Real Estate Management and Records Management.

With over twenty years of experience in the energy industry, Mary Ellen has held a wide range of Human Resources leadership positions within Enron and one of its predecessor companies, InterNorth, which had an employee base of 8,000 worldwide.

She has Masters Degrees in English and Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska. In addition, she is a Certified Compensation Professional and Texas Mediator.
