Deborah S. Huston
Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel

As Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel, Deborah Huston has primary responsibility for all legal matters related to the Company and its operating subsidiaries. She also supervises and manages the Company’s outside counsel, and has responsibility for the management of the Company’s insured claims. In more than fourteen years with PSC, Deborah has also served as Corporate Counsel and Senior Counsel. Prior to joining PSC, she was a lawyer in private practice.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a BBA degree, Deborah received her J.D., with Honors, from the University of Texas School of Law. She is admitted to the State Bars of Texas and Alabama and is a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association.
