Bruce Roberson, Chief Executive Officer and President, joined PSC in January of 2005, and brings a record of over 20 years of experience. He understands the challenges and opportunities of our business, and is deeply committed to ensuring that PSC and its employees thrive by exceeding customer expectations. Bruce maintains a relentless focus on safety, ethics, and environmental integrity.
Bruce brings firsthand experience managing field operations, sales and marketing in a challenging business environment. As a senior member of the management team that successfully led Safety-Kleen out of bankruptcy, he was responsible for over $600M in revenues and over 2,500 employees spread across 170 locations. At Safety-Kleen, Bruce invested significantly in strengthening customer-facing functions like sales, customer service and support.
Prior to Safety-Kleen Bruce spent nineteen years with McKinsey & Company, including eleven years as a Partner. He has a distinguished track record as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams. Bruce has a practical understanding of how to build winning teams, grow revenues, enter new markets, cut costs, and strengthen processes.
He also achieved recognition as the co-author of "What Really Works," a guide to best practices distilled from the experience of over 150 leading companies. Bruce received his AB degree in Economics from Stanford University and his MBA from Harvard.
